Here is our 5 step process so that you know what to expect when working with us.
Step 1) - Discovery Meeting
We will meet with you in person in order to get to know you, your business and your goals.
Step 2) - Information Request
Within two days after our discovery meeting you will receive an information request via e-mail for documents we need to review in order to provide you a quote for our services.
Step 3) - Quote
After we review the documents you send us we will provide you a quote.
Step 4) - Onboarding
If you accept our quote we will begin connecting your business bank accounts with QuickBooks, establish access to your business bank accounts and start our monthly work.
Step 5) - Deliverables
You will start receiving deliverables from us. We will also ensure that we are filing tax forms by their respective due dates. Rest assured that we will communicate with you throughout our engagement and set clear expectations so that you have a clear understanding about what you can expect from us.
